Mr. Todd Bissell

I’m very excited about serving Norwood Public Schools as their Superintendent for the 2025-26 school year.   We have a great and very supportive community. My educational career began in 1983, teaching social studies and coaching a variety of sports in  Poudre School District in Fort Collins.  Over the subsequent years I have served school communities as Assistant Principal/Athletic Director, Principal, District Assessment Coordinator, and Superintendent.  My first regional Administrative position was Nucla High School Principal in 1997.  I’m really looking forward to another exceptional year working with the students, staff, parents, and the Norwood Community.  It’s going to be a great year.
