Brit Traucht

Britney Traucht is the secondary art teacher at Norwood Public Schools. A solar installation job brought her temporarily to Norwood in 2016, but fate told her to make a home here. Since then, Brit started substitute teaching and in 2020 began work as a paraprofessional with NPS. With a degree in Art History from Florida Atlantic University, Brit loves putting her educational background to use while stepping into the art teacher position. Teaching and training has always been her favorite part of every job. Outside of the classroom you will find Ms. Brit rock climbing, kayaking, playing guitar, drawing, and of course watching all her favorite movies over and over and over and over again to the disdain of Mr. Kirk.
